The Muny Experience: Must Have Monday

What if I offered you a trip of a lifetime? Where would you go? Who would you take with you?

The Muny can offer it all!  The Muny is St. Louis’ outdoor amphitheater located in beautiful Forest Park.  Each week there is a new adventure and destination waiting for you!

Last Thursday, I took my daughter on an adventure “Under the Sea” without even leaving the state. Colorful marine life sang and danced through the evening during  The Muny’s performance of “The Little Mermaid”

Unbelievable scenery, unforgettable characters and best of all, a unique experience for my daughter and me to share. The show was amazing! The musical numbers were fantastic! We couldn’t have asked for a better evening.

My daughter will be singing ”Little Mermaid” songs until our next show, I’m sure. She was extremely taken by Ursula, the scene stealing sea witch. I was assured that it was “only when she’s singing, though because she isn’t very nice!”  There were so many fun characters! Together they created a magical world that swept us all away.

Whether you live in the area or not, The Muny is worth the trip! Before each perfomance there are activities for the entire family. You can dine before the show or even take a backstage tour.
